• For pulling the GSG loop through nano rings

Delivery Times & Shipping Methods​

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping:

• Austria: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days

Express shipping:

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM are guaranteed to be shipped on the same business day.

 Express delivery times:

• Austria: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 1–2 business days

The stated delivery times are guidelines. Delays may occur depending on the destination country, customs clearance, public holidays, seasonal shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are provided with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

Standard shipping costs for up to 2 kg vary depending on the delivery address and weight:

• Austria: €5-8
• Europe: €14-32
• International: €32-55

Free standard shipping:

• Austria: on orders over €50
• Germany: on orders over €200

Express shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and weight:

• Austria up to 4 kg: €12-18
• Germany up to 1 kg: €46-48
• Germany up to 2 kg: €51-54

Processing Time & Shipping Providers

We generally process standard orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Express orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM are guaranteed to ship on the same business day.

Shipping is handled by carefully selected shipping providers such as Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or other national and international logistics partners.

Important Information Regarding Delivery

• Please double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order to avoid delays or undeliverable packages.
• For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these must be borne by the recipient.
• If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred.
• Should any shipping delays occur, we will inform you immediately if possible.

Return process

• Complete the return form.
• Pack the product securely.
• Return the package using a trackable shipping provider.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
• The refund will be processed as quickly as possible following successful inspection of the returned goods.

Who bears the return costs?​

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
• In all other cases, the buyer bears the return costs.

Color representations and deviations

Please note that the display of hair colors on our website may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual color profiles. Minor deviations between the displayed color and the delivered product do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a claim or return. For a more accurate color selection, we are happy to assist you if you have any questions.

Exclusions from returns

Goods that are delivered sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from returns if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to hair extensions, hairpieces, and other sealed hygiene products.

A return is only possible if the goods are in their original condition and the seal is undamaged and intact. 

Also excluded from returns are:

• Products whose hygiene seal has been removed or damaged
• opened, worn, used, or altered products
• products that are no longer in their original condition
• products that are returned outside the return period
