The GSG Seamless Contour Band is an innovative, exceptionally gentle addition to Seamless Double Weft and Seamless Lux Strands, which blends almost invisibly into your natural hair. Developed for the front contour area, this system impresses with maximum comfort, a natural look, and state-of-the-art seamless technology.

The Contour Band consists of a breathable, lightweight mesh that realistically mimics the scalp. This creates an extremely natural hairline that is barely noticeable, even with updos or fine hair. The wefted hair lies flat against the mesh, ensuring a perfect transition without visible edges.

The mesh can be trimmed individually to ensure an optimal fit for any head shape. Attachment is completely glue-free: the Contour Band is placed along the front contour area and secured around the back of the head using a flexible, adjustable-length stretch band. This method is particularly gentle on your natural hair while providing a secure hold.

Made from 100% high-quality European real hair, the GSG Seamless Contour Band stands out for its natural texture, silky shine, and durability. With proper care, the system is reusable for up to 12 months.

Adjusting/Trimming

The GSG Seamless Contour Band has been developed to adapt optimally to any head shape.
The integrated, scalp-mimicking mesh can be trimmed individually if necessary without compromising durability or the seamless effect.

Important Note:
✦ Do not trim the Contour Band while on your head.
✦ Trimming should always be done off the head and while dry.

How to proceed:

• Place the Contour Band in front of you and determine the desired shape and width.

• Carefully cut the mesh along the desired contour using fine scissors.

• If necessary, you can also carefully cut into the wefted hair to further refine the fit. It is recommended to work in small steps to achieve an even result.

• After trimming, the Contour Band will lie flat and seamlessly against the hairline, mimicking the natural scalp for a nearly invisible result.

The flexible stretch band is then guided around the back of the head and can be adjusted in length continuously. This allows the hold to be customized – from loose and comfortable to secure and stable.

The glue-free attachment ensures maximum wearing comfort and is particularly gentle on your natural hair.

Additionally, the Contour Band can be secured at the sides with hair clips.

Fine hairs (return hair) / Push-up effect

With the GSG Seamless Contour Band, fine, short hairs (return hair) at the base may be visible from the start. These occur during production and are intentional, as they serve an important function for a natural and voluminous result.

The return hair provides a natural push-up effect as soon as it is applied:
It gives the hair more lift, stability, and volume at the roots – especially in the front contour area – contributing to an optical thickening effect.

After the first recommended wash:

• the fine hairs blend visually with the Contour Band

• they become significantly less visible

• the hair falls more evenly and naturally

• the seamless effect is further enhanced

The return hair retains its function and continues to support the push-up effect, while remaining almost invisibly integrated into the Contour Band.

Note:
If needed, the return hair – just like with the GSG Seamless Lux Strands – can be trimmed carefully. It is recommended to work step-by-step using fine scissors to optimally maintain the natural volume and push-up effect.

This process is normal, quality-related, and intended, and contributes significantly to the natural look and professional final result of the GSG Seamless Contour Band.

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping:

• Austria: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 5–14 business days

Express shipping:

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM are guaranteed to be shipped on the same business day.

 Express delivery times:

• Austria: 1–2 business days
• Germany: 1–2 business days

The stated delivery times are guidelines. Delays may occur depending on the destination country, customs clearance, public holidays, seasonal shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are provided with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

Standard shipping costs for up to 2 kg vary depending on the delivery address and weight:

• Austria: €5-8
• Europe: €14-32
• International: €32-55

Free standard shipping:

• Austria: on orders over €50
• Germany: on orders over €200

Express shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and weight:

• Austria up to 4 kg: €12-18
• Germany up to 1 kg: €46-48
• Germany up to 2 kg: €51-54

Processing Time & Shipping Providers

We generally process standard orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

Express orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM are guaranteed to ship on the same business day.

Shipping is handled by carefully selected shipping providers such as Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, or other national and international logistics partners.

Important Information Regarding Delivery

• Please double-check your delivery address before finalizing your order to avoid delays or undeliverable packages.
• For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these must be borne by the recipient.
• If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred.
• Should any shipping delays occur, we will inform you immediately if possible.

Return process

• Complete the return form.
• Pack the product securely.
• Return the package using a trackable shipping provider.
• Upon receipt and inspection of the return, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
• The refund will be processed as quickly as possible following successful inspection of the returned goods.

Who bears the return costs?​

• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
• In all other cases, the buyer bears the return costs.

Color representations and deviations

Please note that the display of hair colors on our website may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual color profiles. Minor deviations between the displayed color and the delivered product do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a claim or return. For a more accurate color selection, we are happy to assist you if you have any questions.

Exclusions from returns

Goods that are delivered sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from returns if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to hair extensions, hairpieces, and other sealed hygiene products.

A return is only possible if the goods are in their original condition and the seal is undamaged and intact. 

Also excluded from returns are:

• Products whose hygiene seal has been removed or damaged
• opened, worn, used, or altered products
• products that are no longer in their original condition
• products that are returned outside the return period
