Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed via our online store GSG Hair.
These AGB follow Austrian law, in particular the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
These AGB apply to all current and future business relationships between the customer and GSG Hair. Deviating or supplementary terms from the customer will not become part of the contract unless GSG Hair explicitly agrees in writing.
2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may place our products in the cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The contract is concluded by clicking the order button ("order with obligation to pay"). After sending your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal according to §11 FAGG. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, return the goods with a completed return form. If you have any questions, please contact us at office@gsghair.com.
Sealed goods must be in their original condition and have an intact seal. Use or removal of the seal excludes return.
Refunds will be made via the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. In cases of incomplete or damaged goods, we reserve the right to apply a reasonable depreciation deduction.
4. Exchange
Direct exchanges are not possible. If the customer wants a different color, length, or product, a new order must be placed and the undesired item returned in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
Returns must be in original packaging, unworn, unopened, and in resaleable condition.
Items that have been opened, worn, altered, or otherwise used are excluded from exchange.
Extensions are considered hygiene products. If the packaging is opened or the product is tested, exchange is no longer possible.
If the exchange is due to an error by GSG Hair (e.g., wrong product or defect), it will be processed free of charge.
The usual processing time for exchanges is 5–10 working days after receiving the returned goods. The customer will be informed of the status via email.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping charges may apply and are shown separately during the order process.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery
Delivery is made using our shipping partners (e.g., Austrian Post, GLS, UPS, FedEx, or DPD, etc.).
Standard delivery times are typically 2–7 business days after receipt of the tracking number. Delays due to force majeure are possible.
Special regulations apply to the delivery of hazardous goods, indicated on the respective product pages.
During holidays, delays may occur. If an item is not available, we will inform you promptly.
In the case of undeliverable parcels (e.g., due to incorrect address), we reserve the right to charge the resulting costs.
7. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
- Credit/debit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard): Charged upon shipping.
- Apple Pay: With account details entered, we are authorized to debit the amount.
- Google Pay: Goods are shipped after payment is received. Bank details are provided with the order confirmation.
- Klarna (invoice, installment, immediate payment): Flexible payment options via Klarna. More information is available on Klarna’s website.
Please ensure your payment information is accurate to avoid processing delays. Additional transaction or currency conversion fees for international payments are borne by the customer.
8. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
For business customers: We retain ownership until all claims arising from the business relationship are settled. Claims from resale of reserved goods are pre-assigned to us up to the invoice amount.
9. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) apply.
Consumers are requested to report obvious defects immediately after delivery to facilitate prompt processing.
Entrepreneurs must report obvious defects immediately as per the UGB regulations. The statutory limitation period applies to hidden defects.
We are liable for intent and gross negligence only. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), necessary for the contract’s execution.
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Claims for personal injury or under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between consumers and GSG Hair, an amicable resolution should be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, consumers can contact a national consumer arbitration board.
We are not obliged to participate in arbitration proceedings but are willing to do so.
Consumers may contact the relevant consumer arbitration body if no amicable solution is achieved.

11. Contract Language
The contract language is German.
12. Color Representation and Deviations
Please note that the display of hair colors on our website may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, and individual color profiles.
Minor deviations between the displayed color and the delivered product do not constitute a defect and do not entitle to complaints or returns.
We are happy to assist you in selecting the correct color.

14. Final Provisions
If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our business location.
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
If individual provisions of these AGB are invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
Unless otherwise stated, statutory provisions apply additionally.
