At GSG Hair, we prioritize ensuring you receive your order quickly and reliably. Here you will find all the important information regarding shipping. Delivery Times & Shipping Methods Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping:
Austria: 2–4 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–14 business days
Express Shipping: We guarantee same-day dispatch for orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM.
Express Delivery Times:
Austria: 1–2 business days
Germany: 1–2 business days
The stated delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur depending on the destination country, customs clearance, public holidays, seasonal shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders include shipment tracking so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.
Shipping Costs & Free Delivery
Standard shipping costs for packages up to 2 kg vary based on the delivery address and weight:
Austria: €5–€8
Europe: €14–€32
International: €32–€55
Free Standard Shipping:
Austria: on orders of €50 or more
Germany: on orders of €200 or more
Express shipping costs vary based on the delivery address and weight:
Austria (up to 4 kg): €12–€18
Germany (up to 1 kg): €46–€48
Germany (up to 2 kg): €51–€54

Processing Time & Shipping
Carriers We generally process standard orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
Express orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM are guaranteed to ship on the same business day.
Shipping is handled by carefully selected carriers such as Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, and other national and international logistics partners.
Important Delivery Information Please carefully check your delivery address before finalizing your order to avoid delays or undeliverable packages. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or other fees. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any resulting additional costs.
Should any shipping delays occur, we will notify you promptly whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges – GSG Hair
Right of Withdrawal Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 11 of the FAGG (Distance and Foreign Trade Act). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the "Cancel Contract" function on our website or send us a notice of withdrawal via email to office@gsghair.com. Please include the completed return form with your return shipment if possible.
If you have any questions, we are available at any time via email at office@gsghair.com. Exchanges Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a product in a different color, length, or style, please return the unwanted product in accordance with the return conditions and place a new order. This ensures that you receive the product you want as quickly as possible.
Return Process Fill out the return form. Pack the product securely.
Send the package back using a shipping service that offers tracking. Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. The refund will be processed as quickly as possible following the successful inspection of the returned goods. Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Color Representation and Variations Please note that the display of hair colors on our website may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual color profiles. Minor variations between the displayed color and the delivered product do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to file a complaint or return the item. We are happy to assist you with any questions to help you select the right color. Exclusions from Returns Goods supplied sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from return if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to hair extensions, hairpieces, and other sealed hygiene products. Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original condition and the seal remains undamaged and intact. Also excluded from returns are: Products with removed or damaged hygiene seals Opened, worn, used, or altered products Products that are no longer in their original condition Products returned outside the return period Questions about
