Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between consumers and GSG Hair, an amicable settlement should be sought initially.
If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact a national consumer dispute resolution body.
We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
However, we are willing to participate in such proceedings. Consumers may contact the relevant consumer arbitration body (Consumer Arbitration Bodies) if no mutual solution is reached.
