Delivery times & shipping methods
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times are:

All orders come with shipment tracking so you can keep an eye on your package at all times.
Shipping costs & free delivery
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address and weight:

Austria: €5-7

International: €32-55

Free shipping: For orders over €100, we cover the shipping costs within Austria.

Free shipping: For orders over €400, we cover the shipping costs to Germany.
Processing time & shipping provider
We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Shipping is handled by our reliable partners, such as FedEx, Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, UPS, etc., to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

Returns & Exchanges – GSG Hair
Right of return
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 11 of the Federal Act on the Protection of Personal Data (FAGG). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the goods to us using a completed return slip. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at office@gsghair.com.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product (e.g., due to color or length), please return it and place a new order. This will ensure you receive your desired product quickly.
Return process

Fill out the enclosed return slip.

Return your package: Pack the product securely and return it using a trackable shipping service.

Refund received: After successful verification, the refund will be processed as quickly as possible via the original payment method.
Who bears the return costs?

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.

In all other cases, the buyer bears the return costs.
Color representations and deviations
Please note that the appearance of hair colors on our website may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and individual color profiles. Minor deviations between the color shown and the delivered product do not constitute a defect and do not entitle you to a complaint or return. If you have any questions about a more precise color selection, we are happy to assist you.
Exclusions from returns
Sealed goods:
Goods delivered sealed for health or hygiene reasons are not returnable if the seal has been removed after delivery. Returns are only possible if the goods are in their original condition and the seal is undamaged and intact.
Products returned outside the return period.
